In this leadership style the objects is based on dealing with direct orders
without discussion on open door opportunity to the managers
Decision :
The decision is coming from 1 person
Factors :
The success factors is depending on 1 person or 1 entity
Success :
the manager will take the credit
Failures :
The team will take the blame
4. Visionary leadership style :
In this leadership style the objects is based on dealing with different point
of views and different opponents this will leads to different success factors
and to catch the hidden areas in the decision result during project progress
Decision :
The decision is coming from 1 or more persons
Factors :
The success factors is depending on team vision or company vision
Success :
the manager and team will take the credit
Failures :
No direct blame to the team while implementing company vision or agreed
team vision from the beginning

5. Affiliative leadership style :
In this leadership style the objects is based on dealing with team power
and individuals' opinions, by putting the people first criteria of success and
treat people well
Giving their rights and compensations and encourage with training ,
empowerments and fulfillments of needs

The success factors is depending on team vision and company vision
Success :

Failures :
No direct blame to the team while implementing company vision or agreed

In this leadership style the objects is based on discussing the ideas with the
team and adding more flexibility in taking decisions
Adding flexibility in work environment
Decision :
The decision is coming from team and managers though activity
collaborations
Factors :
The success factory coming from sharing knowledge and put the employee
as part of important company decisions
Success :
the manager and team will take the credit
Failures :
No direct blame to the team while implementing company vision or agreed
team vision from the beginning
Failures will be a great source of learning by sharing the shortage in every
project area and phase

7. Democratic leadership style :
In this leadership style this is an open-door leadership that allow the
manager to have opportunity to discuss with the team , this also useful for
dealing with joiner employees to let them do as managers do with practice
, as this practice will affect the employee performance and achieve result
as long as he found a mentor beside him to do more.
Decision :
The decision is coming from team mainly with supervision of the manager
as this encourage highly activity collaborations.
Factors :
The success factory coming from sharing knowledge and put the employee
as part of important company decisions
Success :
the team will take the credit and the team success will be a manager
evaluation plan.
Failures :
Failure rates will be more less here as long as the decision is monitored by
a manger immediate with the team.

8. Democratic leadership style :
In this leadership style its not about the roles and reporting hierarchy that
guides the leadership, its about how the employee got the knowledge from
a mentor may be his college – a manger – junior
Decision :
The decision is coming from manager with putting confident in employee
decisions.

Libraries and assets of sources
Employee empowerment
Success :
the team will take the credit and the team success will be a manager
evaluation plan.

Failure rates will be more less here as long as the decision is monitored by
a manger immediate with the team.
