Introduction
Definitions:-
1:The ability to influence a group
toward the achievement of a vision or set of
goals.
2: It is the process of directing &
influencing the task related activities of
groups members.
Concept of Leadership
It is an action of leading a group of people
or organization.
A person in formal role of leader may not
possess leadership skills nor be capable of
leading.
Leadership is essentially related to a
persons skills, abilities & degree of
influence

The most fundamental role of leader is to:
 Establish a clear vision.
