Mercy College offers a personalized mentoring program called PACT to help students succeed from enrollment through graduation and career preparation. Through PACT, each student is assigned a mentor who maintains close contact and provides guidance on academic plans, career exploration, financial aid, and more. PACT mentors meet frequently with students and help them develop leadership skills to achieve their full potential. The program aims to revolutionize how the college supports students and is nationally recognized for enhancing retention and career outcomes.

One of the proudest moments of my career was seeing my
students who started with me as freshmen walk across the stage
as graduating seniors. Im so proud of how hard they worked
and everything they accomplished while at Mercy. It is truly a
privilege to work closely with these students during their
college careers.
