LEARNING  FUN ENGLISH BY WATCHING ANIME OR READING MANGA
The reason Its based on one of my hobby, and I want to share a little knowledge and excitement also introduce it to people who arent familiar and often misunderstand that Anime and Manga exactly the same as any other kids cartoon.
Definition of Anime and Manga Anime  is commonly defined as animation originating in Japan. English-language dictionaries define anime as "a Japanese style of motion-picture animation" or as "a style of animation developed in Japan". Manga  consist of comics and print cartoons (sometimes also called komikku ), in the Japanese language and conforming to the style developed in Japan in the late 19th century. "Manga" as a term used outside Japan refers specifically to comics originally published in Japan.

The result of the survey CULTURE : 2/20 X 100% = 10% STORY  : 9/20 X 100% = 45% ART/DRAWING : 6/20X100% = 30% CHARACTERS  : 3/20X100% = 15%
CONCLUSION Most participants in the survey like anime or manga because theyre interested in the story and art/drawing. By following the story, they at least have to understand the language, which is commonly using English in the form of text in manga or subtitle in anime . by watching or reading manga, they have already indirectly learned English language, and for sure with fun because they enjoy it and no pressure as common learning situation in class. Watching anime and reading manga can be one of the fun teaching method for your students.

  1. A Short Presentation in fulfilling the task of SPEAKING FOR ACADEMY PURPOSE
  2. The original writing on the manga was Japanese, but this was a work of a fan who do the scanlation,scan and then do the translation in English.As for the anime the language is Japanese but the subtitle is English.
  3. This survey was done within the range of age between 15 to 35 yearsold. Not some random children, why? Cause mostly Im sure even some of you guys think that anime, manga or cartoon only for children. So I pick older age to show you the influence of it and the information to become more reliable.
