This document describes different breathing exercises to help relax and reduce stress. It provides instructions for rabbit breathing, bear breathing, lion breathing, and guided relaxation. Rabbit breathing involves 3 quick breaths through the nose and out the mouth. Bear breathing has deep inhales for 4 seconds, holding the breath for 2 seconds, and slow exhales for 8 seconds while feeling the stomach. Lion breathing mimics a lion's roar with a deep inhale, 2 second hold, and forceful exhale while sticking out the tongue. Guided relaxation focuses on breathing while imagining a happy place and paying attention to music. The exercises aim to help participants learn to breathe and relax their body.

4. Steps to followRabbit卒s breathing: -Breathing like rabbits when they smell carrots-To instruct and lead by example-Close your eyes-3 Quick breaths through the nose, exhale through the mouth once
5. Steps to follow3. Bear卒s breathing:-Breathing as the bear when you are sleeping/ analogy of the balloon-We put our hands on our stomach to feel our breathing-Close your eyes-Inhale deeply (4 seconds) /keep the air (2)/exhale slowly (8)
6. Steps to follow4. Lion卒s breathing:-Imitate the lion when he roars-Inhale deeply (4 seconds) / Hold the air (2)/Exhale sticking out your tongue and roaring like a lion.
7. Steps to follow5. Guided relaxation-Put straight-Close your eyes-Pay attention to your breathing-Imagine a wonderful place that makes you feel happy (garden, beach)-Inhale (4 seconds)/hold your breath (2)/exhale (8)-Repeat the exercise, but this time just paying attention to the music.
