Salford City College student Zachary Warren completed a legal and ethical checklist for a digital graphics project with Lazy Eye Media collaborator Andy Boyd on November 10, 2014. The checklist confirms they checked the project work for appropriate representation of decency, race, gender, religion and sexuality and found it to meet standards. Both Warren and Boyd signed agreeing to the contents of the checklist on that date.
