1.2.3.1 THE DRIVING LICENSE
a) the C.A.P. (Certificate of Professional
Qualification) KA and KB for driving a Taxi
b) the C.Q.C (Driver Qualification Card) for
transporting people or transporting things,
respectively for driving buses and trucks,
lorries and articulated lorries
c) the Certificate of Professional Training
(C.F.P.) A.D.R for driving vehicles carrying
dangerous goods (tankers, chemicals, etc.).

1.2.3.3 AGES AND VEHICLES
FROM 19 JANUARY 2013, THE NEW HARMONIZED REGULATION, WITHIN THE EU, RELATING TO
DRIVING LICENSES, WHICH HAS PARTIALLY MODIFIED THE HIGHWAY CODE, HAS BEEN APPLIED.
THIS RESULTS IN 15 CATEGORIES OF DRIVING LICENSES: AM, A1, A2, A, B1, B, C1, C, D1, D, BE,
C1E, CE, D1E, DE.
FOR INSTANCE:
1.2.3.3.6 B LICENSE
IT IS REQUIRED FOR DRIVING CARS (NUMBER OF SEATS LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO 9 AND
MAXIMUM MASS AUTHORIZED LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO 3500 KG).
THIS LICENSE CAN BE OBTAINED FROM THE AGE OF 18.

1.2.3.4 PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS (DRIVING LICENSES FOR
THE DISABLED)
THE PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES CAN OBTAIN
THE SPECIAL DRIVING LICENSE CATEGORIES
AM, A1, A2, A, B1, B, C1, C, D1, D
IF THEY HAVE GOT PREREQUISITES FOR THE CATEGORY
OF LICENSE THAT THEY INTEND ACHIEVE.

A 2 Driving in night
vision conditions
Circulation on narrow and wide urban roads, with
vehicles parked on the sides and not, facing
intersections regulated by vertical signs and traffic
lights.
B 2 Driving on extra-
urban roads
Circulation on urban sliding roads, or on secondary
extra-urban roads, using the vehicle and the
engine at maximum torque, consuming and
polluting the minimum possible.
C 2 Driving on
motorways or
suburban roads
Circulation on motorways or main suburban roads
or secondary suburban roads exceeding the speed
of 50 km / h, using the 5% gear and adjusting the
gears to the speed.

1.2.3.9 Points license
Each license holder is awarded 20 points.
If serious traffic offenses are committed, in addition to an administrative sanction
and any provision on the driving license or registration certificate of the vehicle, a
certain number of points will be reduced.
