Special education programs are vital due to the rise in students with special needs and heightened public awareness. Special education teachers play a crucial role in providing tailored instruction and support
Special education is now a major program in teacher education, reflecting the need to cater to diverse learners effectively. Inclusion in teacher education ensures educators are equipped to support students with special needs.
Special education teachers provide day-to-day instruction and support in various settings. These include self-contained classrooms, inclusive education settings, resource rooms, and itinerant placements.
Special education teachers are the "new breed of educators" supporting students with diverse needs. Their role is critical in ensuring all students have access to quality education and opportunities for success.
Special education teachers must possess high qualifications and unique personal attributes. They need specialized training, empathy, adaptability, and collaboration skills to be effective.
Good teaching is crucial for all educators, including special education teachers. High-quality teaching significantly impacts student outcomes in academic and life skills.

Good Teachers are also good managers They are able to maintain order. Provide limits of behavior. Create an environment where students feel safe. DISCUSSANT:EBRAHIM
Owning to the interloping behavior deficits of many children with special needs and personal needs which are unique only to the individual child, the ability to be firm without being mean and to come off as someone who has control are important for SPED teachers. DISCUSSANT:EBRAHIM
Good teachers make learning fun engaging students in interactive classroom lessons and employing student-centered activities. For young disabled children, manipulative and movement activities provide an interactive experience. DISCUSSANT:EBRAHIM
Interactive Learning Fast or gifted learners can include: Simulation activities Research Laboratory experiments Field visits Field trips can be fun and promote interactive learning for all types of exceptionality if planned and carried out successfully. DISCUSSANT:EBRAHIM
