It's always a pleasure to have a knowledgeable support like Madiha in your team. She is a multi-disciplinary person who is master of anything she fixes her sight on. Being a vital and imperative member of Aga Khan Foundation EHV substation project organization, she has reviewed contractor's primary and secondary designs along with functional submissions related to various services like Fire Protection System, HVAC and Diesel Generator system. Her commitment and dedication to this project is second to none. Her keen attention and dedicated efforts always helped us in reaching targets and successful project completion. She is one ofvery rare people who have the courage to accept any challenge and then give their best efforts to accomplish the goals leading from the front and have the will to move forward and progress in life with all better opportunities at every turn landed, and she has the spark to make full use of every opportunity. The same I witnessed when she was assigned in the challenging role of Project Engineer- Electrical. There she always adopted systematic, controlled and well thought-out approach to all works, site related issues, disputes and got the tremendous ability to get along with the contractor, team mates and site team throughout the project execution more than her role demanded. Madiha is also an excellent speaker; I witnessed her uniquely informed and approachable style during the ground breaking ceremony of the substation project. She is always ready to express her views in a constructive manner, stand her ground when she knew she was rightand it was refreshing to watch her ability to persuade and influence many people in the organization. I am pretty much confident that she has great tendency to prove herself an asset to AKHMCF facility division or any organization that engages her services in future as she seems able to put her skills to all task given to her, no matter the obstacles, the time frame or the limited resources.
