- 1. Dear RCA records, We are two students in college and we are writing to ask permission to use the song Ugly Heart by the girl group G.R.L for our media coursework at college. We intend to use the song to create our own non-profit music video as part of our A2 media studies coursework that will then be uploaded to public forums such as YouTube and Vimeo for marking and feedback.
