- 1. January 7, 2016 To Whom It May Concern: David Neylon was an intern at OConnor Casting Company during the Fall of 2015. Over the course of his internship, he worked three days a week and completed well over 300 hours of work time. He worked very closely and effectively with the entire staff. He was very dedicated and I was most impressed with his initiative to go above and beyond what was expected of him. Dave proved himself to be a very efficient, thorough, and reliable worker. I could always trust him to make sure the job was done correctly the first time. He assisted all associates and myself in a variety of tasks such as organizing and conducting casting sessions, preparing any necessary tools for various company projects, carrying out projects related research, and performing many daily office duties, while never jeopardizing OConnor Casting Companys business tactics. Dave is very much a people person, he was always very courteous and professional when dealing with our clients and always eager to help his fellow co- workers. He was a leader among the interns working here. Dave worked in every aspect of the fast-paced, high stress and demanding atmosphere of OConnor Casting. I felt comfortable handing over tasks and projects to him immediately. He maintained a mature, calm countenance and always conducted himself with a positive attitude, grace, and professionalism. His attention to detail and communicative nature were attributes that were very appreciated and will be sorely missed. It is with great pleasure that I report to you that he is a highly motivated and productive person with a good eye for talent and a great grasp of the business.
