To whom it may concern:
Praissy Jacob has been working for me at Texas Capital Bank in a temporary capacity since
December 2007 supporting a risk department responsible for Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-
Money Laundering regulatory compliance programs. Over these past nine months, he has
provided support for completion of various strategic projects during a transaction to an
automated software platform. I found him to be consistently pleasant, tackling all
assignments with dedication and a smile.
I would like report that his efforts assisted the bank in achieving several goals over the period
of his engagement. He has a very helpful attitude, accepts and performs his assignments
thoroughly and with minimal supervision. He adds value to the process, often recognizing
issues to ensure that a project is completed with the upmost accuracy. Praissys assignment
is complete; our software is up and running automating a number of processes. I would
consider Praissy for full time employment if a position were to become available in the future.
Praissy has potential, initiative and skills necessary to perform in a variety of roles; he has
always been willing to offer assistance to team members as his assignments are complete and
had an excellent rapport with co-workers. He would be an asset to any employer and I
recommend him without reservation.
Yours truly,
