I have had the personal and professional good fortune to work closely with BJ for several years. In my experience, he has proven to be personally accountable for building a strong, viable business at Bell Aliant and xwave. This has been demonstrated on several occasions as he led our US business unit for several years, including his creation of a business line focused on Public Safety. He has also been instrumental in closing several new contracts in excess of millions of dollars, all the while pursing a strong focus on growth and business development. His achievements demonstrate he is results focused and performance driven. As a strong leader, he has assisted with individual development of his people and contributed enormously to the building of effective teams. From his own development perspective, he consistently met his business goals and led his business in year-over-year growth. I have known BJ for several years, and I strongly recommend him to any organization, knowing he will bring great value and results to whatever he endeavors.
