Linda joined Verizon Multimedia, Verizons in-house marketing communications agency as an account manager. She successfully managed her clients by streamlining priorities and goals of their direct mail and Web campaigns, as well as clearly communicating to her design/production teams of the goals of each project. Linda grasped our agencys production and operation systems immediately, and quickly developed strong partnerships with all of her clients. Within two months of having started, clients began requesting her as their project manager by name and soon began sending her projects directly. Her client relation skills are top-notch and added noticeably to our agencys bottom line. She responded immediately to any client requests and successfully delivered projects on-time and within budget. Lindas organizational skills are exceptional. She managed up to 12 campaigns at a time and provided timely communications to her clients and her own team without once missing a deadline. Linda is a strong team leader who motivated her design, IT and production teams to complete each campaign above and beyond the clients expectations.
