To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter on behalf of Adrienne Rowland, who I have had the privilege of working
with over the past 5 years. During this time I was her direct manager in the Private Equity
Operations department. Adrienne initially joined Advanced Equities, Inc. (AEI) as an Account
Specialist, and was promoted to Operations Associate. Adrienne was to be promoted to Senior
Operations Associate in 2013 because she proved herself more than capable and already took on
many additional responsibilities.
Until AEI ceased operations, Adrienne Rowland, was an important member of the Advanced
Equities team. In fact, her contributions were so valued that she was brought back to facilitate
the winding down of the company.
I have had the good fortune to work closely with Adrienne on a number of projects and have
invariably come away impressed not only with her competence and professionalism, but also her
positive attitude in an environment that can be challenging at times.
Adriennes constant dedication and support of our Private Equity Operations department helped
the firm achieve our goals. Thanks to Adriennes contributions, the Private Equity Operations
department successfully passed 8 audits by the SEC and FINRA; raised approximately $2.3
billion in investable assets; and transferred over 500 retirement custodian changes during the
duration of 6 months. Her organization and management skills supported me to grow Private
Equity Operations from a 4 person department to a 12 person department. She was responsible
for the training, tracking and evaluation of 6 employees daily.
I wholeheartedly endorse Adrienne and recommend her for any position that she is applying for.
She is a team player and would make a great asset to any organization. Please let me know if
you need any additional information.
Sincerely,
Jeannette T. K. Martin
Vice President, Private Equity Operations
