The author experienced several difficult losses recently - his older brother passed away, he had an altercation with his best friend of 13 years, and his girlfriend of 4 years broke up with him without telling him. However, through his faith in God and asking God for strength, the author was able to wake up happy with love and joy in his heart despite all the bad things that had happened. The letter emphasizes that having faith in God will make a person stronger no matter what challenges they face.

Letter to Self By:Julian Jacob I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me : Philippians 4:13 This was just to get things of my mind In these pass weeks or days I feel like I done been threw hell an back. I lost my older brother to the system. I done been in a kinda violent altercation with my best friend who is like my blood brother for over 13 years. Then yesterday laugh at loud I find out that my girlfriend of 4 years broke up with me , without even letting me know. Last night I thought my life would be over , but I remembered to have Faith an to trust in God so last night I ask God for strength an the power to get over all the bad in my life (the devil is out yall). So this morning I woke up thinking I would be hurting or in a bad mood but only threw the Grace of God I a woke happy with tons of love still in my heart an also with joy because I know God is always with me . He'll never hurt you are let you down. I know if you reading this you mite say who cares or someone has it worse than you. I know this but this was just to tell /show you that if you have faith in God he will make you stronger . One thing to remember NO MATTER WHAT CAN HAPPEN TODAY, TOMMORROW WILL BE A BRIGHTER DAY!!!
