members of our group on the occasion of our celebration of the life of our West
Point friend and classmate, Dan Howard, from January 23-26, 2015.
While it is not unusual for employees of Hilton Worldwide to provide quality service to
its guests, the professional organization, management, and care provided by Mr. Casals
at a difficult time for our group was extraordinary. We commend Mr. Casals for
embracing our West Point Class motto of 'Professionally Done'.
