Customer Services Claim Processing System 2008-present:
September 2008 to present
Replaced a customized Filemaker database/application, being used as a customer service tool for processing
customer claims into a dual intranet and internet application.
Environment used Visual Studio 2008 and ASP.NET with SQL Server 2008 R2 backend in order to expedite
customer claims in a diverse customized and complex customer claim processing system.
Involvement ranged from requirements gathering, work and data flow, building interfaces.
Third party product research, testing and review for address standardization to transaction logging.
Developed and modified:
console applications to interface data between IBM mainframe and SQL Server for database
feeds and requests together with T-SQL, sFTP,
Complex SQL queries and Stored Procedures (T-SQL), views, data conversions and normalization and
documentation.
