Description of Incident
One AFE was allocated for fueling of a customer flight,
During fueling, the AFE he observed R-H Engine of Aircraft started without any prior intimation by the
customers engineering team.
As a quick response the AFE stopped the fueling immediately and refueler cleared from the area and
parked at a safer place.
Matter has been escalated to the customers concerned authorities to avoid such incident in future.
