emotionally.
 Happiness, Excitement, Surprise are all positive emotions.
 Sadness, Fear, Guilt, Anger are all negative emotions.
 Positive emotions keeps our day active and cheerful.
 Negative emotions makes our day dull.
GAME TIME
Have you ever felt very angry and fought to just
subside your anger???
Just think of the recent time you fought with your
mom or dad or grandparents or your siblings.
Close your eyes and think.
EMOTION CONTROL
 Did you feel happy when you felt angry
and fought??
 After a big fight did you feel satisfied??
 Did your body feel relaxed when you
were angry??
 The only way is to control all your emotions
especially negative emotions. Dont allow
yourself to fall for your anger loosing all your
happiness.
