Two main transformers for transmission of electrical energy to the HV switchgear. Plant control systems (SPPA-T3000) and ABB Melody 800xA. Execution of Commissioning and Functional logic checks by ABB DCS Advant&Melody system and perform by smart field instruments such as control valves make for ABB,MESONEILAN,GUIDE,VALVE TEK Related valve positioners make Fisher,Siemens,ABB,Samsung,Mesoneilan, Flow serve and Governor valve,Solenoid valve Motorised Valve and On/Off Valves. I have Commissioned on various types of instruments and different make calibration, commissioning and maintenance in transmitters (Pneumatic, Electronics, and Smart) like Pressure,Temperature,Flow,Level and Differential Pressure for make ROSEMOUNT,FOXBOROW,YOKOGAWA,ABB,and SIEMENS and I also calibrated Transmitter for new system with 475,375 HART communicator FF-Foundation Field bus Yokogawa EJA series and ROSEMOUNT 3051 I have Commissioned on different types of level measuring instruments like sight glass make for CHEMTROLS, float type level indicator, Displacer type level transmitters make by FOXBORO MASONEILAN Level Radar and Ultrasonic Endrss Hauser. I have commissioned on I/P converters ,P/I converters ,Temperature controllers ,pressure switch ,level switch by PID control .Vibration monitoring system make by Bently Nevada-3300&3500 series. Worked as a team member for Instrument air PLC (Siemens) & pulse air compressor PLC (Synergyia). Worked in ABB melody DCS 800xA operations. Preparation of charts, trends and sequence of events. Worked in Siemens S7-400 ET 2000 PLC link commissioning and testing opearations. Commissioning of Water Emission Monitoring System (WEMS). Commissioning of Oil in Water Analyzers 20 PPM, 1500 PPM. - 3. Check valves, Motorized valves and Manual valves wiring checks done and Limit Switch adjustment for the same was performed. Calibration, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of compressor & Turbine (SOLAR) Instruments which included checking of Solenoid Valves, Pressure Switch, Vibration Probes, Proximeter, Vibration Monitor, RTDs, Thermocouples, Fire & Gas system etc. In SCADA system, (Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition) the operator/supervisor collects alarm/event data from the remotely located RTU/PLC along the service line. The operator analyzes the data (alarms and SOEs) and takes action if required. The RTU/PLC is the local control system that works as per the command received from the supervisory system, except for some specific control decisions (fire fighting, emergency shutdown) taken locally by the RTU/PLC. The communication path is wireless, GSM tech., etc. In Experience with Modbus communication protocol RS 485,TCP/IP In Familiar with Modbus communication through ABB AC500 PLC. Local AREA and Wide AREA Networking based on Fiber Optics, Microwave Radio, Satellite, SCADA system is based on multiple databases Physical checking of connectivity from field instrumentation to RTU, cards. Troubleshooting TIJB, RTU. In DCS (Distributed Control System) the controller itself controls the process. It has the control loops in the controller. It communicates through the high speed Ethernet/LAN network. DCS is confined to a single unit or group of local units. Coordinated with sub-contractors for smooth execution of works as per client & relevant International Standard requirements. Projects Worked On: 1. Supply, Erection, Operation & Maintenance of gas turbines to upgrade power capacity at Az-zour South Power and distillation plant site, Az-Zour Kuwait. 2. 600 MW CCGT-2 HRSG ST Power Project ,Az-Zour South, Kuwait, 3. 500 MW OCGT-09 GT Power Project ,Az-Zour South, Kuwait, Organization : Electronics Corporation of India ltd (Microtec Engineers Pvt Ltd),(ECIL). Role : I&C Engineer (Testing & Commissioning) Working Area : 2 *1000 MW Kudankulam Nuclear Power Project. Duration : August 2010 to April 2013. Client : Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL).

Profile : This project has two units with each of 1000 MW; It is an International Nuclear Power project in which Design and supply of Equipments & Instruments by Russian Federation with International coding (KKS) and standards. Responsibilities: Execution of Testing ,Commissioning, Calibration Instruments and panels Maintenance for Process control system related field Instruments, Control Valves, Safety Systems and Transmitters Nature of work involves: Testing and Commissioning of ESFAS (Engineered Safety Features Actuator System) Related instruments such pneumatic Valves, process instruments ,pumps and Snubbers. Testing and Commissioning PHRS (Passive Heat Removal System ). Laying , Termination and Loop checks/Continuity Checks of Different types of Control Cables. Testing and Calibration, Erection, Different Types of Russian make Field Instruments like pressure (DP,EX,PR), Flow, Level (ultrasonic level,capacitances,level relay),Temperature(RTD, Thermocouple & temperature Converter),Gas analyzers(SF6 Gas,O2,N2,CH4)&Conductivity Instruments. Wiring checks, functional checks & logic checks were performed in Safety and Non-Safety systems available in KKNPP. Safety system panels (ESFAS) which consists of four trains to ensure its availability and reliability were commissioned. Wiring checks and panel functional checks were performed for all four trains. For both safety and non safety systems of KKNPP the Pressure, Level & Flow transmitter calibration, wiring checks & response checks were performed. Containment isolation valves, Pneumatic valves were commissioned. Snubbers for monitoring expansion of primary pipings were commissioned. Calibration of Instruments such as RTDs, Transmitters, Thermocouples, pressure gauge, temperature gauge , etc. Maintenance of Calibration Certificates, Preliminary inspection of Instruments and Equipments along with QA. Organization : Ericsson India Pvt. Ltd. (Team Lease). Role : Operation and Maintenance Engineer (GSM Switch). Client : Bharti (Airtel) Limited, Bangalore. Duration : April 2009 to August 2010.
- 5. Nature of work involves: Ensure Uptime of NSS nodes as per KPI. Ensure the CP, APG, and CDR backup for MSC, STPS & BSC at regular intervals. Handle hardware fault in Ericsson BYB202,BYB501, AXE10, AXE810, APG40 Remote login in case of NMC outage to all traffic nodes on the Network. Manage Routine Alarms in the Network. Investigate the alarms, resolve fault & reassurance with NMC Interact with TSG for Customer Complaints.
