Osborn's Load Runners program has seen impressive growth and profit margins, contributing to the success of its parent company Jason Finishing Group. Load Runners produces precision heavy-duty load handling idler rollers and rails used in machinery and manufacturing. The program recently completed a successful relocation of manufacturing to an existing factory in Richmond, Indiana, allowing for expanded production capabilities and shorter lead times through new equipment and processes. Load Runners products are used globally across industries and are an integral component of roller coasters.

Osborn Load Runners®: A Product Line On The Move With impressive profit margins and solid, double-digit growth, Osborn’s Load Runners program is a major contributor to Jason Finishing Group’s success. Load Runners® is a leading, global brand of precision, heavy-duty, load-handling idler rollers and rails. They are used in products from process machinery and machine-tool ways to tube mills and billet transfer stations. The program recently completed a successful relocation of all manufacturing to Osborn’s existing factory in Richmond, Indiana. “We’ve responded to market demand with this multi-million dollar investment in the expansion of our Load Runners® division,” said Jeff Guritza, global business development manager for Osborn. “The investment in new machines, associates and processes ultimately reduces our cycle times and simplifies changeovers; helping better serve our customers by offering a broader size range with shorter lead times.” Two-thirds of Load Runners annual sales are attributed to a full line of stock products: plain, flanged, yoke or v-groove rollers Load Runners® are an integral component on all trains produced by as well as cut-to-length rail components. The balance of sales Great Coasters International, the world’s largest wooden roller comes from customized products --- using special geometries, coaster manufacturer.
