Inuit people traditionally built inukshuit out of stone to aid in hunting, mark landmarks, and navigate through harsh northern weather. Inukshuit were also used as problem solvers and were an integral part of daily Inuit life as man-made structures, and their cultural significance is celebrated through handcrafted carving sales around the world.
