Georgia Danielle Pollard worked at the Lord Wolseley Hotel in Sydney, Australia from April 2012 to August 2012. The small historic hotel requires its staff to perform many duties beyond typical bartender roles, including stocking, bookkeeping, checking guests in and out, and opening and closing the premises alone. Pollard excelled in learning and performing all duties, including housekeeping and serving in the hotel's bistro, and was highly valued in these roles. The hotel manager provided this reference letter praising Pollard's reliable, competent, and trustworthy work.

To Whom lt May Concern,
Georgia Danielle Pollard worked at the Lord Wolseley Hotel in Sydney, Australia from04l0ll2012 until the
0510812012. During this time she excelled at every task she was appointed.
The Lord Wolseley is a small and historic hotel, much-loved and popular. It includes a bar and restaurant as well
as accommodation for 28 guests. The hotel's very small size means that often only one member of staff is on
duty, (excluding those working for the operators of the restaurant).
This requires that all staff must undertake many more duties than are usually delegated to bartenders. Some of
Georgia's duties included; changing kegs and taking delivery of stock, taking bookings for accommodation,
checking guests in and out, as well as opening and closing the premises singlehandedly. Staff are routinely
required to perform all duties without assistance, and therefore must be extremely reliable, competent and
trustworthy.
Georgia was extremely fast to learn and performed brilliantly in every aspect. She also routinely did
housekeeping and worked for the hotel's bistro operators as front of house, waitress and food runner, and was
highly valued in those positions.
Sincerely,
Edmund Sullivan
