- 4. 3. 스크린창 상세기능 – 확대축소 선택 강사의 모니터 화면이 학생의 모니터보다 클 경우 원본크기로 보면 전체를 한눈에 볼 수 없습니다. 이럴 경우 교재화면에서 마우스 우측버튼을 클릭하고 창크기에 맞추기 메뉴를 선택하면 자신의 창에 맞게 크기가 자동조절됩니다. 1. 강사의 컴퓨터와 똑같은 원본화질로 볼 때 2. 일반 동영상처럼 볼 때(확대,축소) 스크린창에서 오른쪽 마우스 버튼 클릭
- 5. 스크린창 우측 상단의 [닫기버튼]을 누르면 스크린창이 닫힙니다( = 최소화 ) 다시 보려면 메인창의 화면공유 아이콘을 누르면 됩니다. 스크린창을 닫았다가(최소화) 다시 볼 수 있습니다. 다시 불러올 때는 메인창의 버튼을 누릅니다. 4. 스크린창 상세기능 – 창닫기/열기

- 7. “화면공유 맨위로” 버튼을 눌러주세요. LTX의 특수기능으로 지연 수신된 음성신호라도 최대한 들려드리기 위해 자동 속도조절을 합니다. 빠른 재생속도로 인해 헬륨가스 마신 목소리처럼 들리는 것은 장애나 이상현상이 아니라 사용자의 회선상태가 원활하지 못해 LTX의 보정기능이 작동하고 있는 것입니다. ▶ 그러면 왜 다른 솔루션은 이런 현상이 없나요? - 일반 솔루션은 강사와 학생 간의 딜레이 처리를 하지 않고, 현재 신호가 수신된 것까지만 재생합니다. - 회선상태 때문에 지연수신된 부분(버퍼링)은 삭제해 버리기 때문입니다. - 예) 강사가 “여보세요” 했을 때 일반 솔루션 버퍼링 -> [여 - 세요] ※ 음소거 방식 LTX 자동보정 -> [여보세요] ※ 모두 수신 후 빠르게 재생 6. 자주묻는질문 스크린창이 안보여요 헬륨가스 목소리
- 8. 6. 자주묻는질문 소리가 작게 들립니다. # 컴퓨터에서 1. 컴퓨터에 연결된 스피커 볼륨을 높이거나 2. 메인창의 볼륨을 높여보세요. # 스마트폰에서 1. 폰의 설정에 들어가 (음악,동영상,게임 등 미디어) 볼륨을 올려주세요. 2. 시청 중 볼륨 버튼을 눌러서 올려도 됩니다.
- 9. 중복된 사용자라고 튕깁니다. 6. 자주묻는질문 솔루션이 완전히 실행되어 메인창과 스크린창이 뜨기 전에 다시 로그인을 하게되면 이미 로그인된 상태와 중복된 ID라고 판별하여 접속을 종료하게 됩니다. 로그인 후 솔루션이 실행될 때까지 기다려주시면 문제가 없을 것입니다. 만약 방송을 듣고 있는 중에 중복된 사용자 메시지가 뜬다면 해킹의 의혹이 있으므로 당사에 연락을 주시기 바랍니다. liveclass www.liveclass.co.kr 070-8819-5700
- 10. 이모티콘, 별풍선 기능 등은 없나요? 6. 자주묻는질문 LTX는 실시간 방송강의 전용 솔루션으로 강사의 강의를 현장에서 배우는 것과 같은 수준의 환경을 구현하기 위해 음성과 교재화면에 최대한 기술력을 집중하였으며 강의전달 이외의 기능은 다소 제한되어 있습니다. 차후 강의의 성격에 따라 해당 기능을 활성화/비활성화 할 수 있도록 옵션을 추가할 예정입니다.
