A 72-year-old man had an abnormal chest x-ray and was found to have a gray tan firm mass in his left lower lobe bronchus. A biopsy of the mass showed nodular aggregates of small blue round cells and diffuse infiltrations of atypical lymphoid cells in the bronchial wall and interstitium. The patient was diagnosed with extranodal marginal zone B-cell lymphoma and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
