1.  Awareness
2.  Set the vision, objectives and get commitment from the top
3.  Formal training sessions
4.  Informal role specific training
5.  Develop lots of supporting information
6.  Job descriptions & clear roles and responsibilities
7.  Continually update
8.  And then update again.....and again......

1.  Don’t think of it as digital transformation - start small
2.  There’s no such thing as too much communication
3.  Think about culture not just process
4.  Keep testing and learning – just make new mistakes
