The Marketing Association for Credit Unions (MACU) is hosting its 23rd annual Strategic Marketing Conference and Achievement in Marketing Excellence (AIME) Awards Gala from May 27-29, 2013 in Whistler, British Columbia. The conference provides educational sessions and networking opportunities for credit union marketers, while the AIME Awards Gala recognizes excellence in credit union marketing and communications. The 2012 conference drew over 150 delegates from across Canada and the US, with many attending for networking. 2. ABOUT THE EVENT
The Marketing Association for Credit Unions (MACU), is hosting the 23rd annual Strategic
Marketing Conference & Achievement in Marketing Excellence (AIME) Awards Gala. The
event will take place May 27-29, 2013, at the Westin in Whistler, BC, Canada.
The AIME Awards Gala recognizes the best and the brightest achievements in marketing,
advertising and communications in the credit union community.
The conference provides fun, educational sessions and networking opportunities for credit
unions and suppliers. In addition to the conference, MACU offers pre-conference events, a
welcome reception and an after party.

8. TERMS
50% deposit required upon signing of contract. Benefits will not commence until the
contract and deposit are received.
Balance due on/before Feb. 1, 2013. If full amount is not paid by this date, sponsorship
privileges will be revoked and the deposit will be retained by MACU.
All rates quoted are in net Canadian dollars.
Sponsorships are non-cancellable and non-transferable.
All print and online advertising benefits are based on final material supplied by the
sponsor.
MACU reserves the right to determine inclusion and placement of Sponsors name and/or
logo.
Sponsor to provide logo upon signing of contract in an eps file, 300 dpi or greater. Logo
