organization is actively engaged in strategic partnerships, including with USAID, Union &
State Governments in India to enhance the coverage of Routine Immunization, Covid-19
vaccination, and Eradication of Tuberculosis in India.With a remarkable impact on over
2.5 million direct beneficiaries, Ladli Foundation has been recognized for its outstanding
contributions. Notably, the foundations recent achievements include enabling digital
education access for more than 157,000marginalized students, yielding a remarkable
impact valued at INR 600 Crore (approximately 75 million USD), all achieved
independently without any external financial aid or grants. Furthermore, As an Exclusive
NGO Partner with Govt of Delhi, the Organization is Implementing Its Social Innovations
for creating sustainable solution for eradicating malnutrition among 8,00,000
marginalized students in the city.
3. CONCEPT AND IMPORTANCE OF A SOCIAL
INTERNSHIP PROGRAM IN A BLOG POST
This program aims to give students exposure for
practical learnings,enhance in depth knowledge,
leadership qualities and skill developments by
involving students in grassroot level work to
experience humanity and pleasure for doing
something good.
The internship program give exposure to students
for practical learning and to equip the students with
valuable skills and boost their confidence and
experiences that will benefit their future growth.
4. KEY LEARNING FROM THE SOCIAL
INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Throuhg social and internship program I got to learn many
things and it help a lot in my personal growth through this
internship I got advanced in English speaking in public
speaking it boost up my confidence as I got to know many
things on various topic like tuberculosis malnutrition HIV
AIDS drugs and abuse I can also give advice to people in
school and society because I am getting to know about
many things it had impact on my social life also as I got to
learn about many digital things like how to make a PPT, how
to do slide share etc.
5. OVERALL IMPACT OF SOCIAL INTERNSHIP
PROGRAM IN LIFE
Overall impact of social internship program in my
life is that I gain confidence in speaking in front of
others I gain knowledge in various topic like
malnutrition,HIV AIDS, tuberculosis and drugs and
substance abuse I can guide other also when they
will be in need.I also get advanced in digital
learning.
6. KEY TAKE AWAY FROM EACH TASK
ASSIGNED
As our 1st assignment was malnutrition so in that assignment I learnt things like how
to make PPT how to add a PDF in a Google form from laptop.
In 2nd assignment that was tuberculosis we got the task of making a video in that
assignment a learn about how to video editing and how to merge two or more
videos.
In 3rd assignment that was of drug and substance abuse I got to know about new app
for making PPT that is Microsoft ppt and it made my work of making PPT very easy.
In 4th assignment we got a new work of making model and it also help me
developing my art skill.
7. CHALLENGES FACE DURING THE TASK
ACTIVITY
Challenges that are faced during the task activity was in
the first assignment I face problem during submitting the
assignment as I was unable to add the PDF in my Google
form.
In second assignment by editing my PPT at tapped on
some wrong icon and because of that I had to do my ppt
again.
In third assignment we had to face problem because of
exams
8. ARTICLE IN A STORY TELLING FORMAT ABOUT
EXPERIENCE IN WORKSHOP AND COMMUNITY
FIELD WORK ACTIVITIES
My experience in workshops and community field work
activities for very good as I was able to teach childrens
about various things like on topic malnutrition tuberculosis
HIV AIDS drugs and substance abuse at first when I had
Janmashtami workshop it 1st of fabulous experience. I
arranged my room in that way so that the children can focus
on the things that I had to tell them the workshop in school
also had a good experience and many student also praise
me while I was talking about the topics.
9. PERSONAL STRENGTH DISCOVERED DURING
THIS INTERNSHIP
My personal strength that are discovered during this
internship for English speaking and I got more improve to
while I was doing work shop in community and school
My second person strength that are discovered was that I
am good in drawing
Methods strength that I discovered was I can convey my
message in a way that everyone can understand that.
10. WEAKNESS FACED AND HOW THEY WERE
ADDRESSED
As I had already written in our first
assignment I was unable to add my pdf in
Google form so for that I had when to a caf辿
and till I learn to how to add a PDF in a
Google form and after that I started doing that
work on my own at my own laptop.
11. OPPORTUNITIES ENCOUNTERED DURING THE
PROGRAM AND THEIR IMPACT ON PERSONAL
GROWTH
Opportunity that I got from this and internship
is that I will participate in annual function at
our school and I will be able to speak about
the things that we had done in a internship in
front of many people and it will also help me
in boosting up my confidence of speaking in
front of others.
12. POTENTIAL THREATS AND COUNTER DURING
THE INTERNSHIP AND STRATEGIES FOR
OVERCOMING THEM
I was afraid that will I be able to do it constantly or
not a really look forward to it but some certain
things used to bother me like being consistent
managing other work like studies giving time to
my family in the middle exam was also proaching
we all get well is care that we will not be able to
do the assignment on time but ladly foundation
give us extra time to complete the assignment and
as the time get past I also started to manage my all
the works with assignments.
