  • 1. March 15, 2012 Ms. Janet Adams Janets Flowers 725 Balboa Drive Denver, CO 80200 Dear Ms. Adams: Subject: Rent Payment This letter acknowledges the receipt of the $500, which you paid toward your rent due on March 20. At the time of your payment your account was passed due in the amount of $1,250. This amount represented one-足half of the November rent, the February rent, and the March rent. Payment of the $500 reduces your past due amount to $750. With the coming of April, however, the amount due as of April 1 will be $1,250. We usually give our commercial accounts more flexibility in late payments due to the many factors that can affect capital needed for investment and everyday operating expenses. We have to council you, however, that on April 1 we must have payment in full for all rent owed otherwise we will commence eviction proceedings. We are confident that you will be able to meet this financial obligation. Please let us know if we can be of assistance. Cordially, Joe Crossman av
