Make up effects
 and tutorials
Make up effect we will need:
There are many ways that you can achieve this look. At the make
up academy she used a light matte face powder and this was done
using a big makeup powder brush and just lightly applying in to
her face.
We then mixed up some cr竪me eyeshadows which come in all
different shades and then tried to apply is just under the eyes.
For achieving the fake blood effect a
way you can make it is by mixing the
red food colouring with golden
syrup and flour to make it less
runny so that it appears to look
more realistic. You may also want to
add a darker food colouring like
blues for the darker parts. this
would be applied first the that it
looks as if it is coming straight from
the wound. You can apply it using a
sponge or a paint brush.
For an old wound or
scab its good to have a
rough base to cover to
get that bumpy texture.
This would be something
like a corn flake which
you would then add
water to so that it stuck
to the skin. After this
you would used brown
paint or food colouring
to go over to get the
scabbing effect followed
by some blood mixture
to make it look like it
was oozing out.
