She completed her ABA Education from Univ of North Texas, USA (2004) to became the 鍖rst Board Certi鍖ed Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from India. She has pioneered the ABA movement in India and is involved with Advocacy, Training, Mentoring & Application of ABA Principles in the 鍖eld of Education, Developmental Disabilities & Autism in India & the region. Awards: By Society for Advancement of Behavior Analysis USA, (ABA International) with the International Development Grant in 2005 by the Governor of Uttar Pradesh as a Special Awardee for her Autism awareness work in the state while she lived abroad. Trustees Manoj Sharma, is a technocrat and a graduate in Metallurgy Engineering. He has 32 years of experience in the 鍖eld of Engineering, Marketing and International Trade. Having worked with national & international clients, he started his own small scale manufacturing enterprise In 1991. Manoj has wide knowledge of International trade and marketing as he works in close partnerships with 鍖rms in Switzerland and Canada. He has traveled widely across the globe and worked closely in European, US and Japanese markets. He has been associated in the 鍖eld of Autism from last 4 years, doing social services. Autism Awareness ABA Day Care Therapy Centers ABA Education/Manpower Vocational Training Assisted living for adult with Autism Key Projects : Sridhar Aravamudhan is a board certi鍖ed behavior Analyst, after completing course requirements from Ball State University ,IN, United States. He also worked extensively in understanding challenging Behaviors and helping parents implement behavior management. An alumnus of Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, in his prior experience of 20 years, He has been Head of Business Development and Operations with several leading corporations such as Pepsico, British Petroleum and Tech Mahindra. He also has experience in teaching management subjects to MBA students in Amity University, Bangalore.
Autism Awareness BMI Foundation continuously has been working for spreading awareness in society. Neglecting &denying is not the solution to Autism. Early intervention is the key. BMI centers at present are in: Delhi ,Noida ,Mumbai ,Bangalore ,Kolkata , Lucknow , Hyderabad. Applied Behavior Analysis methodology is being applied at all centers . The teacher to child ratio is 1:1. The ABA has been accepted worldwide for improving children with Autism.
