electroplate 150mm, 125mm 100mm and 3 inch wafers.
Designed all of the custom automation equipment needed to load and unload the wafers into the
tooling racks before and after plating had been completed.
Solely responsible for any off the shelf component selection as needed.
Successfully integrated third party wafer handling robot and pre-aligner to work with custom
designed automation components.
