This document summarizes an observation of a group of 3-4.5 year old children at the Thomas Berry CCC. The observer noticed that the children were very physically active, constantly running, jumping, playing tag, and never standing still for more than 2 minutes. Outside, the children would race, play tag, throw balls, and always play in pairs or teams. After reading an interactive book about a superhero dog with strength and speed, the children seemed to enjoy it and think about whether people could have similar powers.
