Maria Montessori worked with children considered mentally disturbed between 1898 and 1900. She realized these children had potentials that could be developed to allow them to live better lives rather than be a burden on society. She decided to devote the rest of her life to helping children. She observed "unteachable" children playing with breadcrumbs because they had no other objects to manipulate. Montessori realized the children needed objects to manipulate, as humans need activity, reality, and ways to cultivate their intelligence and personality. She chose to be creative by introducing a new educational method to help children in need of assistance.

It saw that they were not eating them, but they were manipulating them and it realized that what they were needing they were objects to manipulate, that the human being needs of activity, of reality, of cultivating his intelligence and personality. For this way I choose it as a creative person since I introduce a new method of education this way to help the children which actually needed his help.
