Systems & Database Our recruitment database is  developed by Eclipse ¨C a state of the  art recruitment software package  designed by recruitment consultants,  it is renowned for being the most  user friendly and efficient software  package on the market. We invest in a System produced by  Daxtra.  This is the latest technology  designed to work with the  recruitment database to fully  automate routine administration such  as CV acquisition through online  enquiries and email applications.
Middle East Payroll Services Kin-Tec are currently working with a firm in Abu Dhabi who provide payroll, visa, and ground  support services for our candidates working on a contract basis in the Middle East Kin-Tec are working to a deadline of August 2012 to have a registered office in the Middle.  This will be a fully functional recruitment office to service our clients across the Middle East  and provide a full recruitment service to our candidates.
Project Experience (Some of the Projects Kin-Tec Global have been assigned to recruit for) Majnoon Development-  Iraq¡¯s South Oil Company has agreed an initial development plan with UK/Dutch oil major Shell and Malaysia¡¯s Petronas for the Majnoon oilfield. The first phase of production will target 175,000 barrels a day (b/d) of crude oil within two years from the 12.6 billion barrel field, which lies 60 kilometres from Basra in the south of the country Shell: Pearl GTL Project  -  Pearl GTL will be the world¡¯s largest source of gas-to-liquids (GTL) products, producing 140,000 barrels of GTL products each day (the plant will also produce 120,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day of natural gas liquids and ethane).
