This document was prepared to explore the application of Wichey It aims
to propose measures to increase market share.
Wichey Restaurant different from its competitors in the unique
experience for customers, as they prepare their own meal themselves and can
name it.
Wichey should use the concept of comprehensive marketing (study
market needs and competitors offers, providing the required products, and
planning a marketing strategy and monitoring the implementation of the plan).
Wichey should follow a more balanced marketing strategy focusing on
all brands not just new ones. Finally, Wichey has to direct marketing activities
towards achieving the companys strategy

The company operates in Egypt starting in 2022. Published
statistics It indicates that Egypt offers a strong market
offering, with a large number of products to address the
market has a favorable background for the consumption of
food and beverages at affordable prices.

Changing lifestyles and consumer habits in Egypt .
They expect a continued increase in demand for fast food
Products. In addition, more than 50% of the population
is under 24 years of age which is the prime age for food
and beverages consumption.

So that the company can spread, acquire new

The monetary goal is the first target for any business ,
The biggest goal for Wichey Restaurant is to make the brand
name in the memory of all its customers, linked to a beautiful
memory and a wonderful family experience by meeting the
physiological needs of all customers of all ages. Everyone who
wants to make beautiful memories in preparing food. Our
goal is to be his first choice.

choosing the items to preparing the food to naming the food

the desires of their children and share this beautiful
