In project management, it¡¯s well-known that
there are constant disagreements between
the various roles

Project Manager, Design and Technical)
Daily chronicles of a project team¡
Note: This is just a hypothetical scenario. The actors ¡°involved¡± are just arbitrarily protagonists.
Fisher ¨C Project Manager, Ashley ¨C Designer, Leon ¨C Account Manager
Fisher: Ash, the front page needs to be an overview of the whole
site¡ Can you add in boxes for latest news, events and
promotions?
Ashley: I disagree; that would make the look and feel of the front
page too complex and cluttered¡ it¡¯s bad coming from a design
stand point¡
Fisher: The client¡¯s business is very much online so we need to
showcase what¡¯s available to the users in a birds eye view¡
Ashley: Can we just show case one of each of the latest items so
that the site does not get too crowded?
Leon: Hey guys, can I ask in the first place who are the target
audiences? And what¡¯s of value to them?
We¡¯re all driven by our individual¡
MINDSETS
