MASCPA   A non-profit organization exists for the purpose of providing value-added services to our members.   Our mission is to serve, and be an effective advocate, for the best interests of the manufacturing community.  Our passion is to help member companies become more productive, more competitive, and more profitable. MASCPA  is a conduit for our members to local, state, and federal legislatures. We are over 360 members strong with member companies employing 40,000 people in this region giving MASCPA recognition as the voice of manufacturing in South Central PA.

Join the Manufacturers Association of South Central Pennsylvania: Join forces with hundreds of other members fighting for a strong manufacturing base. Take action to reduce costs resulting from overbearing government policies, taxes, excess regulation, lawsuit abuse, health care, and energy. Become part of an organization bringing solutions to our workforce development system. Participate in programs supporting improvements in education. Help secure pro-growth policies to address government spending, business taxes, and community resources. Support efforts to deal with foreign trade policy and create a level playing field for American business.
Membership Synergy and Leverage The Association ensures that the voice of the regions business community is heard both in Harrisburg and Washington.  Our member driven Legislative Committee and our association staff research issues of importance to members and communicate responsible positions on behalf of our membership.  MASCPA retains a lobbyist representative in Harrisburg.
Workplace Learning & Performance Our skilled  MASCPA  training team provides quality services in training & development for companies to be competitive and productive.  MASCPA  training course topics range from professional development to maintenance mechanical, including first-rate Apprenticeship programs.  In addition to offering customizable, cost-effective, quality instruction, we also supply services in job/task analyses and training needs assessments.  Any interested and eligible company may also participate in our regional industry-specific groups, which provide networking and training grant funding opportunities.

Talent Management Services An experienced  MASCPA  Sr. Consultant is here to assist in managing your executive and professional job searches, implementing or upgrading your performance management systems, compensation systems, or employee development and succession planning processes.  We also can provide any government contracting member company assistance in developing Affirmative Action Plans and responding to OFCCP Compliance reviews and audits.
Networking Members are encouraged to participate in  MASCPA  sponsored Committees.  These groups are subject focused and provide a great networking opportunity to our members. Through active participation you are encouraged to express you viewpoints, learn about shared issues, concerns, and help define how we can leverage our membership to gain higher visibility to our issues.  MASCPA  also has a strong working relationship with Pennsylvania Manufacturers Association, National Association of Manufacturers, numerous state & federal government groups, and private foundations.
Wage and Benefit Surveys MASCPA  annual survey of area member companies is published exclusively for member companies.  A benefit survey is completed every two years.
Newsletters and Information updates MASCPA  publishes a monthly newsletter to inform members of Association activities and business concerns Regularly sends out e-mails and fax to members on current events; and, Provides ongoing monitoring and updates of legislative topics of interest to our constituent member organizations.
Employers Education Foundation Established in 2006, the Foundation supports K-12 education improvements, and student scholarships.  MASCPA  has partnered with educational institutions to advance Youth Employability Skills (YES) program to strengthen employability skills of high school students.
Business Opportunities Through consortia at the Association, MASCPA members work collectively to market themselves as one of the most productive manufacturing areas in Pennsylvania and the nation.  Currently members are working with a variety of partners to explore manufacturing opportunities in Renewable Energy.
