This document describes a mobile application being piloted in Sabarkantha District, Gujarat to reduce administrative work for Anganwadi workers (AWW) and improve services. The objectives are to decrease reporting time, support AWW to spend more time on service delivery, and provide real-time monitoring. The app converges 11 registers into a single interface. Features include automated growth tracking, attendance photos, SMS updates. 330 AWW across urban and rural areas are piloted, covering 330,000 people. Benefits include reduced AWW stress, accurate malnutrition data, timely feedback.
