- 2. Knowledge of billing/ invoice// Having knowledge of all dispatch work. - Check customer orders and plan & monitor the dispatch activities for timely delivery. Coordinate with the concerned departments for material availability as per the customer requirement. Arrange & coordinate with transporter for deliveries. Prioritize the orders based on the needs of customer and its committed time-line. Ensure on time billing as per order received from Marketing. Review all invoice documents and coordinate for signoff of dispatch lots. Process the PO based on the customer order and update in the system. Compile & update PO processing and prepare invoice documents. Ensure complete documentation is provided to the transporter for dispatch of goods from the plant.. Ensure proper movement of vehicle in the Plant (Minimize waiting time). Prepare & maintain report of stock & dispatch on daily basis. Arrange for vehicles for outward dispatch. Inspect safety condition of the loading vehicle and take remedial actions. Authorize dispatch documents. Track the dispatch and ensure it reach the customer as scheduled. Maintain proper storage of finished goods with updated stock. Monitor/control finished goods store and dispatch team. Ensuring loading & dispatch of vehicles as per orders. Responsible for receiving & maintaining inventory of finished goods from production. Warehousing Function Supervising the Distribution and warehousing operation, People handling Efficient Inbound / Outbound distribution of products to the agreed delivery point. Invoicing to Direct customers and Stock Transfers. Stock monitoring and timely information to purchase department. Regular stores management like material issues & receipts with GRN preparation. Arranging the materials for inspection and allocation of materials to the respective areas after acceptance. Material identification & FIFO visualization. 2

Controlling the inventory at the factory and the suppliers end to avoid stock out situation and ensure optimal levels of stocks are maintained. Managing MM module of SAP.
