The Scared Sculpture Gardens showcase over 20 unique spiritual sculptures and Orisa
Gardens thriving in the African soil of Florida. The grounds represent a special piece of Earth
where thousands of ceremonies, ebbos and offerings have been performed, creating a unique
and intense energy vortex.
Oluwo Philip Neimark, Founder of The Ifa Foundation, stated:
The Sacred African Orisa Gardens at Ola Olu in central Florida represent the
living embodiment of the individual African Spirits that inhabit natural objects or
Orisa, and pre-date the birth of Christ by several thousand years.
2. The Gardens are the only complete example of the ancient Spirits of West Africa in the
Western Hemisphere. In African philosophy, genuine Spiritual Gardens represent the
intermediate point of connection between human and Orisa (Eternal energies created by God).
About The Sacred Spiritual Sculpture Gardens
In African philosophy, genuine Spiritual Gardens represent the intermediate point of
connection between human and Orisa (Eternal energies created by God). This intermediate
point, or physical Orisa, reflects its own accumulated ase (eternal energy), as well as the
energy of every prayer and offering that has ever been made to it.
The Sacred Orisa Gardens at Ola Olu represent the only complete Sacred Orisa Gardens in
the Western Hemisphere. In this location literally thousands of ceremonies, ebbos and
offerings have taken place creating an accumulation of the most intense energy vortex within
the physical Orisa, allowing your own potent connection and empowerment to take place.
The Orisa Spiritual Gardens represent both the visions of Susanne Wengers dedication to
reviving the traditions of the pre-Christian Yoruba gods and her ongoing working relationship
with Iya Vassa.
The sculpture work of Iya Vassa is an integral part of the Sacred Gardens. A leader in the
Ifa Foundation of North America, Iya Vassa has developed the gardens living art as a
celebration to the Orisa that guide us. The Sacred Orisa Gardens at Olu Olu in Central Florida
represent a sacred space for those of any spiritual path to connect with the vibrational reality
of the Yoruba Archetypal eternal energies they embody.

Earth based wisdom to identify, and work with, the essential vibrational reality that expresses
3. them. They gave these energies names such as Elegua, Oshun, Ogun, Chango, Egun, Oya,
Yemoja and combined them into a family of energies they referred to as Orisha. These Orisa
formed the practical natural science that guided and protected their lives and community.
