The executive committee meeting discussed plans to start an integrated communication agency. They agreed on a shared ownership structure and considered using one of two existing companies registered by members. Pius Akhimien and Mike Ogor were tasked with reviewing the structures and scopes of the existing companies with their lawyers. They also established interim management roles and next steps to produce business cards, letterheads, and emails ahead of their next meeting on January 4th.

Some worries about sourcing clients were addressed All the members agreed to come together under one registered company to float an integrated marketing communication agency The Agency shall cover Advertising (ATL & BTL including activation), Media, Outdoor, Production, Research etc Meeting agreed the following shareholding structure -20% to be warehoused - Pius Akhimien 20% -Mike Ogor 20% -Paul Iraoya 20% -Chris Nzemeke 20% Two existing companies are being considered 1. Strategic Ideas Managers Limited reg. by Pius 2. 3C Marketing Solutions Limited Reg. by Mike Pius and Mike to find out from the lawyers on the possibility of reviewing the shareholding structure and scope of operation of the existing companies. New names are also welcomed.
