Admitting / ED Registration Supervisor
The incumbent leads the daily operations of all personnel and processes associated with the
Emergency Department Registration in collaboration with the Department Manager and
Department Director. Plans and organizes daily workflow and staff development/training.
Responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures required for success under the
direction of Patient Financial Service Administration. Lead initiatives to improve processes,
maximizing efficiency, and maintaining high employee morale. As a direct report to the
Department Manager, the incumbent is accountable to lead his/her respective teams according
to achieve outstanding business results. Demonstrates actions consistent with Touro principles
as duties are performed on a daily basis.

Revenue Cycle Senior Representative II / Admitting Financial Coordinator
Medicare & Medicaid credit balance report. Met payer specific goals in a self-motivated
environment; resolved payment discrepancies and managed claim denials with speed and
accuracy. Maintained in-depth understand of billing requirements necessary to maximize
reimbursement. Thrived in fast paced, highly sensitive work environment where discretion,
empathy, speed and accuracy are of the utmost importance. Ability to process patients under
the most difficult of circumstances including but not limited to life threatening and trauma
injuries. Exercise discretion concerning the nature of patients' ER visit. Effectively communicate
findings, recommendations and compliance issues to the appropriate department in
