In addition he was involved with the application customization via workflow, scripting, form design and report building. Rhys adapted quickly to the new technology, and proved to be a valuable asset to the Transform Electrical internal team as well as the go between with our consulting team. During the installation he performed much of configuration, data preparation and importation, as well as some of the customization himself there by saving the project money and developing an internal competence to support the company post go-live.
