- 6. There are two versions for this: MediaDirectory 2D uses Jpeg files extracted from Autocad drawings. These are stacked in 3D space by our renderer to show routes in a building. MediaDirectory 3D uses 3DS files converted to a localized 3 dimensional format, allowing true 3D spatial display of the facility. Least Cost Route Calculator: Unlike most other wayfinders, MediaDirectory uses a Least Cost Route path, determining distances from the maps ingested to determine the fastest route from an origin and destination.
