- 1. Meet one of our own! Allison Phelts has been a Global Talent Acquisition Partner at Brown- Forman for a little over nine years. I love working for Brown-Forman because our employees have a strong passion for the work they do and have a sense of pride working for Brown-Forman. In the Talent Acquisition space, I love the fact that we get to seek top talent for a variety of functions and levels; one day Im recruiting interns and the next day Im seeking high performers in Sales and Marketing. I have been fortunate to work with two iconic brands: Coca-Cola and Jack Daniels (hence my profile picture of Jack & Coke!). One of my greatest accomplishments at Brown-Forman was being involved in the team that created the Charmer Development Management Development Program, that is now in its 5th year! Its been very exciting to see todays college recruits become potential leaders of this company. Allison was recognized as being in the Top 2% of LinkedIn recruiters at the LinkedIn Talent Connect 2012. Way to go Allison! Allison is currently recruiting for a Commercial Specialist and Division Finance Manager in Irvine, CA a Web Architect and an HR Generalist both in Louisville and an Off Premise Manager in Phoenix.
