After interviewing three candidates for a teaching position, Louisa and Denny recommend hiring Erica Lee based on her strengths. Erica has direct teaching experience with students of different levels, can collaboratively teach and provide feedback, and is able to quickly adapt to the job. Additionally, her education degree provides her with teaching skills and knowledge. Louisa and Denny do not see any obvious weaknesses in Erica that would prevent them from offering her the position.

Dear Sir/Madam, After (As per) my interviews with the three potential candidates, I would like to hire Ms. Erica Lee. Here are some of Erica’s strengths: Erica has solid, diverse direct teaching experience, which matches our job requirements. She can handle students of different levels, collaboratively teach and provide feedback to her students. We also believe she can quickly adapt into the job. Finally, she studied Education so she has the skills and knowledge to be a teacher. (This okay, but to make it better we should put this information in a list like 1,…2,…3,…) In my view, I don’t see obvious weakness right now and we should hire Erica. Sincerely, Louisa and Denny
