The document describes the Men of Honor (MOH) program at San Jacinto College District, which aims to support the success of African American male students. The MOH program provides recruitment assistance, a life skills course, academic advising and mentoring to improve retention and graduation rates. It connects students to administrators, faculty and resources through newsletter, social media, events and a student club. The mentoring component pairs students with volunteers to help with academic and personal development through regular meetings and activities.
