MentorRings is a 4-month leadership development program for women that uses peer mentoring and coaching to enhance career development, leadership skills, and executive presence. Participants meet in small groups ("Rings") facilitated by a certified mentor and engage in assessments, coaching sessions, and virtual meetings. The program aims to help women build their professional brand, network, and develop greater self-awareness through a supportive learning community. Employers can benefit from improved recruitment, retention, and a strengthened reputation as a women-friendly organization by sponsoring the MentorRings program.
